Meditation really DOES help. Just five and a half minutes of my time and I feel like a new person. As a meta-physician student, teacher and conduit I know this in my being, as a human - I allowed myself to stray from what was a long time built practice. The most important thing in this lesson is that I took the time, and am realigning myself. I practice mantra, or positive affirmation mediation all day, everyday. The act of breath and being more mindful is where I strayed a bit. The mind body connection is so incredibly important - and none of us are perfect. SO - More of that today & some more yoga. (Ah, my body thanks me.) Celeste Gronda Irina Shlain LAc sending you BOTH energy and love - share a pose for today! If youve got time for face book, youve got time to meditate, it could only be five minutes, or as long as two hours. Deep breaths, mindfulness, meditation. Youre worth it, arent you?
