Meditation series with Jon Aaron starts this Wednesday at Union Square. MBSR uses meditation and mindful movement to help people deal with stresses in their lives. Graduates of this program report a greater ability to cope more effectively with stressful situations; an increased ability to relax; enhanced ability to cope with chronic pain; and, most importantly, a greater energy and enthusiasm for life.
