Meeow Chicago just received a review from a customer: 4 out of 5 stars I was very pleased with Emmetts bath and blow dry. He looks and smells wonderful! I also appreciate that his appointment was done in a timely manner. He was done in less than 1.5 hours. I took off one star because when I went to pick up Emmett ( within 10 minutes of receiving the call that he was ready), I found the door locked and no one answered the phone. I waited a few minutes, went and got my car washed, and returned about 15 minutes later. Someone was at the front then, and she explained that she had been in the back earlier. It was not a big deal because I was not in a hurry. Perhaps you could install a doorbell so that someone working in the back can be alerted when a customer has arrived? Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of Emmetts grooming. He had a bit of an upset stomach when we returned home. Was it possible that he was given a treat that didnt agree with him? He probably just had a nervous stomach. :) Thank you for an overall good experience. We will return for future grooming. Meeow Chicago - meeowchicago
