Meet Angus who we fondly call Gus! This handsome red boy is about 1 1/2 - 2 years old and is being fostered in Loveland, Colorado. Gus was an owner surrender and is originally from Louisiana and has come to Colorado to find his forever home. Unfortunately, we were not supplied with any information regarding his background. He is up-to-date on vaccinations, neutered, and micro-chipped. Gus is Heartworm positive and is currently being treated to cure the disease and will need to remain on Heartworm preventative for the rest of his life to prevent the disease from returning. Gus came to us with little and/or no formal training but in just 2 short weeks has learned so much. He will need a family who will continue to support him in his training. Gus is such a sweet boy and would love a family of his own. Gus has lots of puppy energy and loves to play fetch and go for walks. He is good with people of all ages and would do great in a home with a larger female dog, no cats or small animals.
