She also played at the University of the Southwest in Hobbs, NM. She coached club volleyball for about ten years before coming to Littlefield. This will be her 2nd year as a Lady Cat coach. Her fiancé, Zach, is from Lafayette, LA. He works as a Petroleum Land Broker. They are the proud parents of a miniature pinscher named Wrigley and a chocolate lab named Chloe. Katie coaches JV Volleyball and Varsity Assistant Softball. She teaches 6th grade social studies.
