Meet Granny, who I rescued today from the San Jacinto Valley Animal Campus. Granny is a 10 yr old poodle who was obviously severly neglected. She has cataracts and was likely not going to make it out of the shelter alive. Granny sat on my lap the entire 2 hour car ride home. I know already she is very thankful for being rescued. All she wants is a warm bed (or lap), a little love & some healthy, delicious home cooked meals which she will certainly get at my house. She can actually see enough to walk around without bumping into things. She was covered in ticks so I had to take her to get a bath and cleaned up before I brought her home. Just look at the difference in the color of her coat now that shes all cleaned up. Thank you Sherri Moore for letting me know about her & assisting with her rescue.
