Meet Jenny! This sweet girl came to us today after her owner passed away and she ended up in a shelter because there was no one to care for her. A friend of DRSF heard of her situation and went and picked her up from the shelter about 2 hours away from us and drove her to one of our vets to get her checked out. She is now resting comfortably in a big, soft bed with a blanket made with love by our friends from PAWS. Jenny is a 10 year old girl and weighs a whopping 26 pounds. She should be closer to 17 pounds. She is active and friendly and is good with other dogs, cats and children. Jenny needs donations towards her new start kit ($50 for a bed, blanket, harness, leash and first months preventative medication) and her initial vetting of $150. BUT... What Jenny needs most of all is a foster or forever home where she can have belly rubs, love, exercise and a diet!!!
