Meet Johnny... This adorable little guy showed up at the shelter last night, in pain. Thanks to several caring AM&W officers and Jena with the Humane Society, he was able to get checked out by a vet, who confirmed he has a broken elbow. The first vets opinion is that his leg will have to be amputated - its too broken to be pinned. HS is willing to pay for the surgery and his vetting... So we are looking for a dedicated foster who will take him in for the surgery, take him in for follow up visits, and care for him during his healing and until he is ready to be adopted. This will be a longer foster than usual, so the foster must be 100% committed to him. He is very sweet... Private message us if youd like to help. Thank you!!
