Meet Leia! Leia was found as a stray in TX with a note attached to her collar. She had been purchased as a gift and the people were unable to keep her. She was brought to the shelter once found and initially adopted. A few days later Leia was returned due to digging a hole in the yard- her life was on the line and we agreed to take her in. Leia is now in MI and seeking her FOREVER home. She is young, about 1 year old. She appears to be a Border Collie Mix- however, it is only a guess. Leia weighs about 45 pounds. She is fostered in Lake Linden, MI. Look at her beautiful brown eyes!
