Novate* is an non-traditional law firm. We offer traditional legal documents in a proactive way. An ideal Client would be any Owner Managed Enterprise, from a start-up to major companies that are owner managed, These businesses tend to need advanced corporate law advice. We focus on all aspects of the law that impacts on owner managed businesses, such as Company Law, Labour Law, the National Credit Act, Consumer Law and other opportunities such as BEE legislation. 3. Who are some of the prominent people you have worked with in your career? Constitutional Court Judges Chaskalson CJ and Moseneke DCJ. We find that the small business owners we work with are very prominent in their communities and we hope to assist them on their journey to prominence. 4. What is your best advice to struggling entrepreneur? Finances and marketing are often the first issues which a start up/entrepreneur tend to deal with, once these issues have been discussed the SME’s tend to move directly into operations and seldom find the time to deal with any necessary documents.
