Meet Miss Eleso Moyosoreoluwa Oluwadamilola She is a young lady burning with entrepreneurial and intellectual zeal and have made laudable marks as a leader in the various life changing endeavours she has initiated. She is a final year student of History And International Relations, Lagos State University, a Public Speaker, Radio Presenter, Writer, Social Media Manager and promoter and as well as Voice Over Artiste. Aside from her major in Media and Communications, she also has a strong passion for imparting youths and creating the right atmosphere for proper utilizations of their dreams and visions. The realisation of this major interest led her to starting up an organisation called Observarium with some other people that share the same vision on in her institution and with few years running, the organisation have recorded success on a major project tagged A BETTER LASU IS POSSIBLE with the focus to reposition and rebrand the image of the institution in order to improve the learning situation in Lagos State University with a summary of the project published in the Nations Newspaper 1st February 2012. In order to deliver a world-class service, Observarium has developed strong relationships and attained top-level affiliation with many of the fore-leading social platforms. The definition she coined out of LIFE (L- Live I- Inspire F- Forgive E- Enjoy) has been the driving force to impacting her society and breeding more confident young leaders like herself. Having fought and won the battle with self esteem, she have become a strong force in ensuring personal development in her community especially among teenagers and then youths with several seminars and programs brought to them. In line with this dream, she was also involved in an online show as a teenager, a show where people who have experience on chosen topics as it affects the youths are brought in to share with other friends on the same page. From there, she moved straight into public speaking on getting admission into the higher institution and taking part in several competitions to better her skills. The breaking point was the Nigerian Championship Of Public Speaking where represented her school along side 3 other public speakers in the maiden edition held in Kubwa, Abuja under the toastmasters International which now makes her a member of the toastmasters Organisation where she seeks to become a Competent Communicator as the progress in the development of her public speaking skills. That was the major step to perfecting her presentation skills just before taking it out to anchoring programs and subsequently as an upcoming radio presenter with Unilag FM (Nigerias Foremost Campus Radio Station). Recently, she was selected amidst hundreds of applicants to represent Nigeria at the One Young World Summit which held in October 2014 which saw the gathering of world leaders and over 1200 delegates from different countries. Her application was born out of the need to represent Nigeria as a delegate in a bid to project the good of this land and also sell out our capabilities as youths in this nation especially in the area of Leadership, World Peace, Development, Social Media, and Economic Growth which are her focal point. This effort was recognised by different bodies and organisation where herself and 3 other delegates sought sponsorship and their story was also published in 2 major News Paper in Nigeria; The Nation on 31st May 2014 and The Sun on 11th June 2014. However, they could not attend the summit due to financial constraints. She has worked with different Organisations like The Observarium where she is the co- founder, Volunteer in Nigeria (VIN) as a Social Media Manager and so on, in realisation of the aforementioned vision. These efforts have also been recognised in her institution with 2 major awards from the Student Society Of History and International Relations, Lagos State University. The first for The Most Charismatic Student in the 2010/2011 session and the other for Diplomatic Personality 2011/2012 session. Her strong belief in maximising the benefits of media and communications to enhance service delivery. This further led her to embarking on a course called Basic Presentation Course (Radio and Voice Over) at Crystal Wyse Media Training. With the Training, she posses the unique media model that represents the Nigerias approach to configuring and integrating media solutions which she can develop and implement by drawing on expertise from entrenched competencies across the hub. To a larger extent, her strong believe in hard work as a young leader has driven her beyond limits and singled her out among peers with so much to look back and be thankful for and a desire to achieve more without relenting on my efforts.
