Meet Order of Ottawa recipient David Gourlay. David Gourlay is rewarded with the Order of Ottawa award for his leadership and community involvement. Not only does he serve as a trustee on the Ottawa Public Library / Bibliothèque publique dOttawa Board, he is also the president of the Miracle League of Ottawa, who recently reached their goal of building the first ever accessible baseball field, in Ottawa. He is also responsible for the return of a CAN-AM pro baseball team in Ottawa, the Ottawa Champions.
