Meet Penelope! She was found in a bad area of town,scared and alone. Ultimately she trusted a volunteer of a local rescue enough to allow herself to be rescued. Penelope was dirty, covered in fleas, and starving. She had wounds on her neck most likely from a chain confinement. She is estimated to be about a year old, 39 lbs and a total sweetheart! To date she is compatible with her finders dogs, loves to play with toys and roll around in the grass! We would love for a rescue to step up for Penelope or find her a forever home!
