Meet Purling Pearl, my very first cloth doll of my own design and template. Her tiny crocheted necklace reads made with love, her knitting bag is embroidered with the word yarn and her ribbon round her ankle reads Purling Pearl Copyright symbol Alexandra Wathey. She has a hand beaded bracelet and tiny individually wired fingers (so positionable) knitting a cardigan for herself (possibly the tiniest knitting Ive ever done!). she has a three layered net underskirt and the top dress fabric has lots of knitting sayings on it like purl one! slip stitch and check gauge. She sits cross legged measuring approximately 22cm.
