Meet SQUIRT! If you’ve been following our posts recently, you may have noticed that we’re highlighting a very special group of felines in our care--our “mid-life crisis” kitties! They may not be spring chickens, but they’ve left their flighty tendencies behind them and are ready to settle down for good. Squirt is a very special mid-life crisis kitty. She was adopted from ASAP 9 years ago, but came back to us in July when her owner could no longer care for her. Although she tells us in confidence that she wasn’t planning on being back on the market in her kitty-fifties, she also tells us she’s not too concerned because she knows she’s still got it. And she most certainly still has it. Spend a few minutes with this sweet, attractive lady and you’ll be in love. Squirt is a calm, confident, affectionate kitty who knows that it’s about the little things. She likes to stretch out in sun beams, curl up in laps, and even chase string toys from time to time. And she might just chat you up a bit if she’s in the mood. We have also observed that Squirt is good around children. Come meet Squirt this week!
