Meet Zane our new little buddy. Zane is an Army baby. His Dad is Active Duty now for 14 years since 2000. He was in Kuwait from 2003 to 2004 and 2009-2010 he was in Afghanistan. Any of you that have been in the military know how hard it is to get your children medical help. Everything has to be approved before you go off base. Then you get transferred to a different base and your child has to start all over with new doctors. Zane has seizures. He has been rushed to the ER numerous of times by his mom, ambulance and life flight. While Zane’s mom is busy fighting to get the correct treatment for Zane I decided to help with their fundraiser for them. Being a family on the Army base you are not allowed to fundraise on base. You are not allowed to bring the media on base. It is hard for military families to fundraise. I know what it is like to watch your child having seizures. I know how it feels after giving the rescue med and the seizures continue, to be petrified to go to sleep. For people that see your child on a good day and have absolutely no clue what the seizures are like. Zane is class with Hunter this December to get his seizure assistant dog. His family needs to raise $7,000 for their trip. Please, supporting our troops is great but right now this one family needs help. I am begging you to share this. I am begging you to donate $10, $20 anything and everything helps.
