Meet our Teachers!Sadhu feels that teaching yoga is one of the greatest blessings and sacred responsibilities on Earth! He has been studying and teaching Better Breathing, Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Heart-Centered Living since 1997. Sadhu has traveled & studied extensively around the world including multiple trips to India, Thailand and Tibet. He received his name directly from Yogi Bhajan while in India and has also studied in person with the Dalai Lama, Pattabhi Jois & Deepak Chopra. Sadhu has been teaching publicly & privately in the Miami and Miami Beach areas for 9 years, was the first Director of Yoga at The Standard, Miami in 2004 and a resident Breathing, Meditation and Kundalini Yoga Teacher at Canyon Ranch, Miami Beach for 2 years. He resides in Miami Beach and travels internationally leading workshops & retreats promoting conscious, heart-centered living.
