Meet our guest speaker for Christian Girls Rock 2014: Evangelist Linda D. Berry-Evans joined Greater Sardis Missionary Baptist Church, Ozark, AL, under Reverend W.C. Autrey, at the age of six. She received Jesus Christ as her personal Savior in 1983 and was baptized with the Holy Ghost in 1993 at Holy Tabernacle Church of Deliverance, Newport News, VA. Evangelist Linda Evans is the wife of Deacon George W. Evans and she is a mother and grandmother. She currently serves as Executive Pastor, Active Evangelist/ Missionary, President of the Ordinary Board, Missionary/Evangelist and Minister Training, Bible Study Instructor, Bible Training Instructor, Marriage Enrichment and Singles Ministries Facilitator, Bible College Instructor, and Motivational Speaker. She is the overseer and advisor to the Education, Evangelist, Helps, Media, Men’s, Music, Singles and Women’s Ministries; she is a Soloist, Mothers’ Board Honoree, Ministerial Council Member, and Planning Committee Member while serving as an active associate of Lively Stones Ministries, Ozark, AL, under the leadership of Bishop Dr. Curtis L. Williams. She has served in many positions in the church within the United States and overseas. She and her husband work together in facilitating, teaching, singing and praise ministries. Her testimony is wherever the Lord send me, I’ll go for it is her heart’s desire to Him to say “Well done thou good and faithful servant.” Evangelist Evans is employed at Fort Rucker, AL and is the Executive Operations Specialist for the Commander, Air Traffic Services Command and 164th Theater Airfield Operations Group. She holds both a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Troy University and an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Enterprise State Community College, Enterprise, AL.
