Meet the new face of the Texas Democratic Party, Travis County DA Rosemary Lehmberg. These pictures were taken during her 2013 DUI arrest. The politically-motivated indictment she obtained is a sham. Gov. Perry was legally and ethically compelled to veto funding to a Public Integrity Unit headed by this woman. As State Representative, I will vote to remove the Travis County DAs authority over the entire Texas political system and place the PIU powers under the Attorney General.
