Meeting held between CBC Programme Albania – Kosovo Operating Structures On 07 Aug 2014, in Prizren, a meeting was held between the Cross Border Cooperation Programme Operating Structures of Albania – Kosovo(AL-KS). The respective Operating Strucutures were lead by Ms. Daniela Çekani General Secretary of MEI, Albania and Mr. Besnik Osmani, Permanent Secretary of MLGA, Kosovo. The topics of discussion included the utilization of funds from EU Delegation for the AL –KS Programme. Other topics of discussion included the status of CBC Strategic Projects 2012 -2013 and future planning. The representatives also discussed the modalities of the new programme IPA CBC AL-KS 2014-2020, and approval is expected by the EU Delegation. Visibility and Communication activities will be organised upon finalization of the New Programme. A manual for JTS along with other manuals was is being prepared and will be discussed in the upcoming period.
