Meeting on June 25 Regarding Minneapolis Massage Business Licensing Proposal The City of Minneapolis is considering a proposal which would amend the city code to: (1) allow massage businesses to operate in all Minneapolis city zoning districts (currently massage businesses are not allowed outside of the downtown zoning district), and (2) require all massage businesses operating in Minneapolis to obtain a city business license.
