Meeting variety of people, counseling them and understanding their myths about wellness helps me to educate people about staying fit. Its a discipline-- no short cuts! Many people reply-- doing 500 ab crunches, for quadriceps doing cycling, jumping- 1000 times, eating boiled food, body movements- 500 times and the list goes on... Anybody else doing all such exercise and following such diet?? A small feedback of the below question (reply on this page) will help me to serve better and deliver broader understanding about wellness.
