Meghan reports: I have made a decision…to achieve good health. Of course there are many different definitions to this but for me it is simple…I am determined to lose weight, decrease stress, exercise my heart, and above all, overcome my battle with Diabetes. I am on my way to all of this. You may or may not know this but I have been taking insulin for quite some time and get quite ill if I don’t take it. This week-I didn’t need 2 of my AM doses of insulin!!! This is huge! Another huge achievement I reached this week-I was able to jog!!! This hasn’t occurred in over a decade.
