Mehbooba condoles demise of Fayaz Ahmad Dar Srinagar, Dec 12: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) president, Mehbooba Mufti has condoled the demise of Fayaz Ahmad Dar of Lam, Tral who succumbed to his injuries at SMHS Hospital on Friday morning. Dar was one of the injured persons in the grenade blast on last Friday (December 05) in Tral. In her condolence message, Mehbooba termed the deceased a noble soul and pious Muslim who will be always remembered for his humble nature and good deeds. Reiterating her party’s demand for thorough and time bound probe into the grenade blast that left many families completely devastated, she said violence has no place in a civilized society. She expressed solidarity with the bereaved family and prayed for the everlasting peace of the departed soul. Senior party leaders, Dr Haseeb Drabu, eminent economist; Mohammad Khalil Bandh; MLA; Zahoor Ahmad Mir, MLA; Mushtaq Ahmad Shah, MLA Tral; youth president, Waheed-ur-Rehman Parra and party youth general secretary (minority), Dr Harbaksh Singh (Shanti), have also condoled the demise of Fayaz Ahmad Dar.
