The EXCHANGE Think globally art locally will be held from 5 - 12th August in the surroundings of Bratislava Goals of the project: The object of the project is development of active participation of the young people via ART (as an universal language of the young people), sharing opinions and experience via creative activities. 1. Supporting a development of the young people`s creativity and the principle of "thinking out of box" using the creative techniques, 2. Sharing an experience in participation of young people at the community life via art as a mean of expression. How we can use art as tool for active participation. The topic of the project is active citizenship via art. Every day life of young people is strongly connected to art in various forms. Young people are creators and recipients of art at the same time. Art does not have unique language and thus it links young people (art is in each country->european level). In these point of view we consider art as an universal language for communication, sharing opinions and shaping attitudes. This way of expression offers an unlimited space of showing opinions in the own way. We will use different working methods during our programme. That will be methods based on non-formal education principles. Our programme consists on various methods as ice breakers, teambuilding activities, discussions about active participation of young people, activities connected to support creativity, teamwork etc. Concrete methods are described in daily programme. Age of participants: In order to reach/achieve age balance and talk about the topics of exchange in the same line, we need participants in age of 18 or more, but only 2-3 person over 25 (leader including).
