Melbourne will likely have a 3rd day in a row today with a warm low temperature record. Each morning, the low has only been 76° at the Melbourne Airport and the previous records have been 74° or 75° each day. Vero Beach has gotten close to its record each morning, but been 1°-2° shy. The Space and Treasure Coasts have been so warm overnight due to consistent southeasterly winds bringing warm air in off the Atlantic Ocean. Daytona Beach hasnt approached any records due to near calm winds overnight and Orlando has been spared due to being farther inland and thus not as susceptible to the marine air.
