I have tried to get CPS to help me since my ex is a felon and has had my son participate in taking photos of him dressed as a terrorist with guns and keeps having people in his home that are felons-one with a warrant for her arrest currently but CPS does nothing. Several years ago he beat my child and cps never even investigated so they are corrupt here in Navajo County AZ too and so many have horror stories to tell of what they have done here. Including being told there was a child molester in an apartment complex but they chose to not investigate and now another 7 year old has been molested for a year because of it. They are not in the business of helping children. I would like to begin a civil lawsuit for failure to protect children but can’t find an attorney that wants to take it on.
