Melody is still looking for a home! This video is from several months ago, but wanted to repost it for those of you who were not looking for a horse then or didnt see it. Melody is around nine years old,14 hands, and we think she is an Arabian or Arabian mix. She had 30 days professional training last summer and is now being used for lessons. She has good ground manners and has great long distance trail horse potential. We are listing her as intermediate rider needed as she has lots of go and is very light/responsive. No behavior problems - just very willing to go with may scare a young kid or beginner. She will walk or trot for hours on a trail ride! She will ride alone or with other horses. She has done a little jumping (cross rails). She rides great bareback as well as under saddle. Her adoption fee is $1000, negotiable. Our adoption fees help to cover the medical care, hoof care, and training our horses receive, as most of them arrive untrained, underweight, and without any vet care. Melody is now vaccinated, has good hooves, is up to date on Coggins, and ready to go home with you! She is located in Seneca, SC. We will consider a trial period for Melody if you want to try her before committing. Her current boarding facility is also offering a free first months board if you want to keep her there.
