{Member question} Im interested in hearing peoples views on direct sales companies/mlm/party plans etc. What are peoples experience with them, as customers, as consultants, etc. I know that there seems to be a lot of stigma surrounding them. I have a business idea that Ive been wanting to start for a few yrs now, and am keen to make my business different, and I am considering marketing my business as a direct sales type model. What Im looking at selling is not original, but a growing market, but the internet can be hit and miss on its own, and within the direct sales market, I have yet to find one, selling the products Im looking at selling. I am very passionate about the type of products and I am not going into this, as a quick rich type scheme. Im wanting nothing less than an ethical business to be proud of. Also, I would love to be a part of helping other women set up their own businesses, that share the same passion, and I see the advantage with the direct sales set up, that people can receive the one on one from a consultant, and learn about the products, that you wouldnt usually get, say, from buying at a store, or simply online.
