Member question: Please post anonymously Question: been in ems for 8 years and on a rotor for 2. Im moving to the west coast and am struggling to find flight medic positions. That being said there are tons of flight nurse positions. Here is the question, is it worth it to just get my bridge to RN done with a flight medic background or do you think most services are still going to want to see several years in an ICU setting from a flight medic with an Rn degree?
