Members attempting to use Quicken software with It’s Me 247 online banking are experiencing a couple issues. First, members using online banking to download their transaction detail to a Quicken file (achieved by clicking My Accounts, selecting Downloads, and then choosing Quicken as the file format) are receiving an error message that states “Quicken is unable to complete your request.” Secondly, members attempting to use the Express Web Connect feature within their Quicken software to automatically download their transaction details from online banking are experiencing an error message that states “No new transactions downloaded” and labels the download attempt as “failed [CC-502].” Quicken is currently working on these issues. We will update this alert once this has been resolved.
