Members,lets reason together,am against the death penalty passed on the soldier who killed the deceased who happened to possessed a similar weapon during the recent crisis in s.sudan.the proper question to ask ourselves is whether the sergeant has the intention to kill or he killed in self defense? The sergeant might have killed because of the circumstances hence it was necessary to defense himself.such judgment should be quashed for want of justice,am also appealing to the DPP to appeal against the judgment.
