Members of the Construction Building Committee (CBC) will meet with Architect’s Jeff Larimer and Dan Ellingson on Monday September 16, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at Central High School. Included on the agenda will be a project status update, discussion of heating systems, discussion of a geothermal heating option, discussion of potential added project options, and discussion of the current draft of the concept budget for the proposed school. Members will also receive an update on the schedule of upcoming events such as next meetings with the DOE Facilities Team, meeting with the State Board of Education Construction Committee (tentatively set for September 30, 2013 at 1:30 p.m.), the required public meeting and straw vote on the concept (tentatively set for October 2, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at Central High School), and the meeting with the State Board of Education where we hope to obtain Concept Approval on October 9. We remind all of you that all meetings of the CBC are open to members of the public.
