Members of the general public and of WESSA Lowveld are invited to attend a film evening at The Barnyard Theatre on Wednesday the 11th December, 18:30 for 19:00. The evening is in rememberance of Howard Kirk, the founder member of the White River Wildlife Society, and respected conservationist, who produced the films. Three will be screened - Jezebel - the story of a beaten-up old Landrover that was used in game-capture, Year of the Dragons, a brilliant film of leguaans preying on egrets , and Imvelo Yakitsi, a film on environmental problems and solutions in Swaziland. Snacks will be served and there will be a cash bar. There will be a voluntary contribution of R20pp to cover costs. The films will be enjoyed by young and old alike. After the films WESSA Lowveld will hold its AGM, to which all WESSA Members are invited.
