We understand this has not been a good first experience for new members & has also been frustrating for our longtime members who have come to expect a very high level of customer service from us. Please know were working very hard to deliver everything you need. Unfortunately, our problems reflect what is happening industrywide, as you & thousands like you are applying for new coverage within a limited window of time. We want to assure you this problem is temporary & are working quickly to get back to the level of customer service you expect.
