Mission, Vision and Values We, the Metal and Allied Namibian Workers Union (MANWU) firmly commit ourselves to a united Republic of Namibia, free of oppression and economic exploitation. We believe that this can only be achieved under the leadership of an organised and united working class. What MANWU expects from you as MANWU member - Attend all workplace and branch general meetings - Participate in all MANWU activities organised at workplace, branch or national level - Participate in protected strikes and pickets We pledge to remain accountable to member mandates and to build members confidence in MANWU, as a fighting, militant and revolutionary union
