Its done :) now setting in the fridge.....still trying to figure out the pricing, but the quantities are circa 200grs each container....another thing, this membrillo cheese is made using only membrillo, sugar and lemons- no artificial anythings or spices (I will be making a spiced batch at some point) because I have been asked by some ppl to make a plain version due to an aversion to cloves (which I share).....now onto the quince jelly and Apple cheese :)
