Our 4 groups 16 Chief Power Mentors (of 4 each hv drawn the four groupings to incorporate the lecturers and staff of PLKMI Sceme A from the Gedong School and to get started to follw the Sheme B approach where the School has to network with The Sheme B gp from Tad sdn bhd/APBUMi sdn Bhd Kuching School to start the Modul 1A free of charge given to all students tracking backwards all the graduates of the PLKMI Gedong. There is no excuse for the alumuni trained to be left unemployed. 2. With the positive virtual workshop online with the Ulul Albab Group Volunteers on Community Engaging using the format instructed by Dr AAR yesterday and the positive outcome of meeting at LCDA office with LCDA and HDC key commumity development officers with Dr AAR- the follow up of the DUN speech of the YB Minister Perumahan for the Mixed Township Development of Darul Hana Kuching new township and Kpg Datu Sibu, it is requested for the next meeting agreed on the afternoon 3 pm of 27 Nov 2014 that we will start the pilot projek to track the community stakeholder groups and to start preparing (planning) for them to start the Power mentoring training mentor mentee to be trained to purchase houses . This is because it is too late to start looking for house buyers when the houses are completed. AS THE NOVEL TRAINING syllabes from KCCB LC are available TO CREATE AND INCREASE INCOME , although the approach is new and has not been done by anyone else (BLUE OCEANIC APPROACH) , the new approach must be given the chance to take off. 3. KCCB LC actually has started a mini commumity engaging with the leaders of Kpg Boyan , Gersik and Pulo some two months back (meeting at Teh Tarik) .As the protem Committee of the Ketua Masyarakat New Koperasi was launched by the Kuching Resident recently (with the Temonggong Kuching Malay community as the leader) we are recommending the cooperative leaders to be trained as honorary (volunteer) downline msnml (mmultisystem networking multilevel) group Power Mentors for this pilot project. 4. We are drawing the checklist and schedules and the scenario planning from today till end of the month with the grouping as follows to be incorporated to the present four groups : Gp A-Kpg Datu Sibu and 4 Bintawa; Gp B -Semarang , 2 Pulo; Gp C -2 Pglima Seman and 2 Sourabaya ; Gp D Gersik Boyan and others.
