Memo to all of my fellow Americans regardless of political persuasion: (Note: I usually dont do things like this!) Our enemies are watching and thoroughly enjoyed the latest American political fiasco. Our enemies are taking huge delight in the knowledge that threats have already been made within our political system to continue such debacles in another 3 months or so. Our enemies understand that despite the results of the last election we as Americans just cant seem to get together and act responsibly as Americans and not as Republicans or Democrats. Our enemies find great humor in the fact that, despite the legitimacy of our national election less than a year ago, certain individuals and groups believe it feasible to continue to press the fight against passed legislation that has been upheld as the law of the land by the Supreme Court. Our enemies take sheer delight that our election results mean nothing to Americans and, if that be the case, then America can effectively kept divided into the far future. Our enemies have indeed read their American history and realize that during World War II Americans stood together against Nazi and Japanese threats of world domination. Our enemies are trying to destroy America and, sadly enough, we are destroying America all by ourselves because of the small-minded interests of Democrats and Republicans alike. Our enemies are waiting, waiting, waiting as we do the difficult task of dividing and conquering America for our enemies. Our enemies are chuckling to themselves as they read We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. Our enemies understand that Americans have abandoned this 237 year old proposition in order to become a better, and true, Democrat or Republican. Our enemies scorn Abraham Lincolns words in 1862: We hold the power, and bear the responsibility. We shall nobly save, or meanly lose, the last best hope of earth. Our enemies fear and loath a united America that they will never be able to overcome and defeat. By the way, did I happen to mention that our enemies are waiting, patiently, as the Great American Demon self- destructs from within? So, I have two questions for you. Regardless of your political persuasion, is America the joke that our enemies consider it to be? And, regardless of your political persuasion, have you contacted your congressperson and senators to vote for America and not for their political party says to do? These are simple yes or no questions - NO EQUIVOCATING!!!!! Please feel free to comment on this passage if you care to do so. All I ask is that you begin each sentence of your commentary with Our enemies...... Anything else will be considered as sheer political hyperbole.
