Memo to the folks: If your wife (or husband) nags you for drinking too much then its probably not a good idea to hop into your SUV (car, whatever) in an effort to drive it off, whether you are on {your} way to a bar to have more drinks or not. However, if you {foolishly} do (as 61 y/o Michael Moore of Stuart, FL is alleged to have done) then, for the love of ______, dont admit as much to the LEO who stops and questions you about your current drink driving. Better you say nothing and let your lawyer sort it out later. Be smart{er than Michael Moore}: Dont drink and drive, but, if you do, just say NO{thing}, dont blow (in FL your 2nd subsequent refusal is a crime) and call me stat at 1-888-SHARK-8-1, 305-381-8686, 305-798-2220, **ARRESTED, **INJAIL, **HABERLAW, **MIAMILAW or **MIAMIDUI.
