Memories our of Pride Weekend Glitter and be Gay pre parade brunch Elaine Place..Saturday: prepping Noodle kugel and Sausage Bakes, cutting Fruit for rainbow platter, flower delivery, making oven Schedule, setting up chairs and tables, going to Shawns CGMC Pride Show. Sunday: up at 5am. Ice Champagne, bake dozens of mini muffins, make huge pot of coffee, pick up bagels, lox and flavored cream cheese, start heating bakes and Kugels, set up buffet in dining room, sweets in the kitchen, Champagne fountain in the living room. Shower. Guests arrived by 10. A lot of work for 10 years of great memories! ( 89-98). Now we choose to celebrate by heading out of the city and going out to brunch. Life changes, but our Pride has not.
