Mendoza Nightlife: Some of the citys best bars line Aristides Villanueva streetd in the center of town. Here are some to try: Lupulo, A. Villanueva for microbrewed beers Por Acá, A. Villanueva 557 for pizza and microbrewed beers. El Abasto, A. Villanueva 308 for good old rock n roll. Most of the serious nightclubs and discos are 10km (6 1/4 miles) out of town along Ruta Panamericana near Chacras de Coria. Cacano, on Aguinaga 1120 is a classic. La Cubana, on Panamericano Highway is another top disco in this area. Locals flock to La Reserva, Rivadavia 32 on weekend nights for the drag show at midnight. The Blah Blah Bar, Paseo Peatonal Alameda, Escalada 2301 Maipú is great for a late-night drink if youre not heading out to the discos. Most Clubs dont get started until 1:00 am.
