Mendy asked: Ok I need help. I have changed the needle, cleaned the bobbin and dont see anything in the top threading. I start sewing and then I hear a clunking sound and it keeps going but then it will tell me to rethread the upper part. When I pull out my thread it is tangled very bad. The only thing I have not done is adjust the tension because the machine is brand new and I have left it set on the factory settings. I believe that is 0. Anyone know what is doing this. I have tried to see if the thread is in the hook at the top but you cannot see in there very well to check it. Thanks for any help!! Machine is new and only used 4 times - Ive used sticky stabilizer for the things Ive stitched on it.
