Mens Support Group The Suicide Prevention Resource Centre is happy to announce that the Mens Support Group is meeting again, starting Wednesday, January 7th (7 p.m.). We welcome Richard as our new facilitator. * The Mens Support Group is a weekly facilitated drop-in information and support group * For men who have had losses or are anticipating losses-from relationahip break-up, separation, divorce, death, financial loss, health, or loss of employment * No charge to attend * Meetings start at 7 p.m. every Wednesday * Location: At the Suicide Prevention Resource Centre, across 100 Street from Safeway, south of Ernies, north of Doug Marshall, and in the same building as the Fireplace Guys. The group is operated in cooperation with Catholic Family Services, the County of Grande Prairie No. 1, and the Grande Prairie John Howard Society; it is funded by the City of Grande Prairie Community Social Development/Family and Community Support Services, the partner agencies, fundraising, and donations. Its objective is to help men increase their coping skills and social support.
