Mental illnesses range in severity, no matter your mental state or illness we are here to help and support you. I started this page because I get so many people telling me to such it up, think Im,crazy, say im just trying to get attention and thus bothers me! I wouldnt wish this on my worst enemies, but dont judge me. I was diagnosed with GAD, ptsd, bpd, panic attacks, derealization and fibromyalgia. Lets help people to understand what our illnesses really are and find ways to cope ourselves.
