Menu: Prime rib roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, sweet peas, dinner rolls and Melt in Your Mouth pound cake. This is easily the most expensive cut of meat I have cooked, fortunately it came out better than the very first time I ever cooked it, tucked it with onions and put a good dry rub on it, slow roasted at 250 for 4hrs. I dont eat beef on the regular, but this here is like butter, super tender. The mashed potatoes, I got to shout out my Cuz Tange Lla Bradley, I tried her secret ingredient (Ill let her tell what it is if she wants, but it is something that is probably in your fridge all the time) and I also added sour cream and used half and half, they came out FIRE! Everything else was pretty simple, added chicken bullion and paprika to season the frozen sweet peas and put cucumber and tomato in the salad. Gonna make homemade buttercream frosting to put on the cake and then Im done.
