Merry Christmas! Christmas Eve and growing up Italian just seem to be the most complimentary experiences that could existed together. The family, the food, the fishes, and of course for me Midnight Mass with my Grandmother Jeanette aka Nanny. No person has had more of a impact on my life than this woman. Of the many things she passed on to me was her love of Christmas carols and Christmas in general. Every year she and I would go to midnight mass and would get there about 45 minuets early to listen to the choir sing all of the carols in Italian. We both loved this so much and this was one of our favorites. Not a day goes by where I dont think of her and am forever greatful for all of her love. So happy to share this with so many of you whom I love so much in memory of Nanny who so many of you knew, and those that didnt would have loved. Wishing you all a beautiful holiday!!!!
