Merry Christmas all!! Hope everyone had a great day! Spent the day with extended family, Joey got an amazing Bob jogging stroller and we took it out for a quick 3 mile run/jog/walk. A beautiful (rare) warm xmas day, which was a nice change after doing the challenge all week in the rain Once we got back home day 25 of the #spartan30 complete. Today was Joeys first xmas, and our first set of squats and run together! Hope everyone had a great holiday! gnight!
