Merry Christmas everyone :-) Getting read for a short pull-up workout with hands on top of rafter (1st double overhand - 2nd each side of rafter) 1. Use a two component combination exercise, where the top position of both st components can be held for 20-30 seconds with a RPE of 4 out out 5. Execution 2. Hold the first component for max time in the topposition. As you fatique in the top position lower slowly (s) to the bottom position and hold for time in the bottom position. 3. Rest 10-15 seconds and repeat with the second component. 4. Rest 60-90 seconds and repeat step 1-3 until total time for both components is below 30 seconds. Are you getting your workout in today?
