Merry Christmas from Florida! First off I am now an uncle! Yesterday my brothers wife Amy Wedge gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Haley Jade Wedge! I couldnt be happier for them, I just wish I was up north to meet her. Christmas doesnt quite feel the same down here, I miss my family and want to say Merry Christmas to my parents Marcia Wedge and Doug Wedge, my aunt n uncle Denise Wedge and Tim Wedge, my aunt n uncle Ellen Ness and Ron Ness, my aunt n uncle Sharon McCarthy and Edward McCarthy, my aunt Cindy and uncle Kevin, my aunt Sandie and uncle Robbie, my sister Amy Wedge and brother Ryan and I cant forget all my cousins, Amanda Rachel, Erin and Kathryn McCarthy, Zach Wedge, Jack Wedge and Ethan Wedge, I love you guys! As for golf, so far Ive played in 5 tournaments and i havent played to my potential or expectations, I havent shot under 74 which doesnt quite cut it. In these tournaments you have to be at least even to make money and usually around 5 under wins. Lately my swing has been whats giving me trouble which is usually the one thing I dont have to worry about so its a tad frustrating but I havent given up hope or lost my confidence. Its funny how one little thing can really throw off your swing but I also know one little thing can get things right back on track. Fran Stupakevich lives down here near where I am and hell be working with me when he comes back in January which Im very excited for. I know with hard work Ill get these problems figured out and Ill continue to improve my game. What doesnt kill you only makes you stronger! Sooooo beides golf everything has been going great. Last week I got a job at TPC Prestancia in Sarasota as a cart/bag attendant outside. I get to play on both of their courses and use the practice facility whenever I want which is perfect because now I can stop spending money on a membership to Sara Bay. Its a beautiful golf course but its got nothing on Hunters and all of you guys! I wouldnt say Im home sick but I do miss everyone and having Hunters right down the street from my house. My beautiful girlfriend Ashley Graham is doing great down here as well and I dont know if Id of made it down here without her. She now has a full time job at a salon in Sarasota and will soon become my sugar momma if I dont start winning some money on tour!
